In 2005, Ivan Kuznetsov graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kazan State University with a degree in Organizational Management.
  
In 2009, among the very first applicants, he entered the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo (full time MBA). He successfully eceived a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  
In 2010, Ivan studied at the international business school at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge "MIT Sloan" (USA).
  
In 2014, he defended his Ph.D. thesis in economics (on the topic “Fixed and variable costs in public and private partnerships”). In the same year, he completed an advanced training program at the Insead business school in France.
  
In the period from 2006 to 2018, he worked at the Kazan City Hall. Held various positions: from an ordinary employee to the Deputy Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan. Participated in the development and implementation of a number of city and international projects, including the preparation and holding of the 2013 Summer Universiade.
  
After leaving the civil service, Ivan has been developing his own business.

Dimitri graduated in 1997 from Kazan State Institute of Finance and Economics in with a degree in Enterprise Economy. He acquired a professional accountant certificate from the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.

In 1997 he joined the QUANTOR company - a regional distributor of well-known FMCG manufacturers. He held the position of head of the financial department from 1999 to 2002.

In 2002, he moved to the regional media holding Bars Media Group, where he worked as CFO from 2002 to 2020.

Dimitri has been a Chief Financial Officer at BUSINESS GROUP ARIOL since 2021.

In 2023, he was appointed a CEO's counselor of ARIOL BUSINESS GROUP.

Lyubov has got two degrees. One in law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and another is in higher economics at the Mari State University.

In 2005, she took the position of a leading lawyer at a large wholesale and retail company Agrotorg.

From 2007 to 2011 headed the legal department of the Volga region in the federal company Vester, which is managed by PJ Western Retail Investment.

Since 2011 and since 2012 respectively she worked as the head of the legal department in KGK JSC of the Nefis Cosmetics Group of Companies and Megastroy Group of Companies.

Since 2019, she has been the head of the legal department at the regional media holding Bars Media Group.

Lyubov has worked as the head of the legal department at BUSINESS GROUP ARIOL since 2020.

Alina Graduated from Kazan State Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit.

From 2010 to 2013 she worked at the Tasma company.

In 2013, she joined the Royal Time team, where, since 2016, she led several interconnected organizations in the field of construction and lease of commercial real estate, consulting and management services.

In 2020 as a chief accountant she moved to the ProfiService company.

For 6 years she was responsible for complete accounting, tax and personnel accounting at Avant Stroy.

Alina has been Chief Accountant at BUSINESS GROUP ARIOL since 2021.

In 2023, she was appointed Assistant Director for Financial Affairs of ARIOL BUSINESS GROUP.
